If WW is going to offer online service, at least make sure you can actually supply that service. I ordered an item on Monday, and paid R50 to get it delivered yesterday between 10am and 1pm. At 2pm yesterday I phoned the helpdesk, to be told it would be there in half an hour. So I stayed home waiting all afternoon. Later I phoned yet again, to be told the delivery had been sent with the wrong driver and I'd hopefully still get it that day. Today mid-day, still no delivery. I phoned the helpdesk, and 'lo and behold, my parcel was left at the delivery depot instead of being sent out today. At least I got my R50 delivery back.

If you are going to try provide service on an international standard, you are failing horribly. Overseas, if your order is half an hour late, they phone you in advance to make arrangements, and always let you know what is happening. If I hadn't phoned today, my order would probably be sitting in the depot for the next week, or indefinitely.

So 3 longwinded phone calls to the helpdesk, and I can only hope I'll get my parcel tomorrow. Isn't online shopping supposed to be convenient? This has caused more inconvenience than it's worth.
