I have had 100% failure rate with the 3 online orders I placed. Items were not available, substitutions were made where I had indicated no substitutions. Items delivered that I was told not available and items mark as being delivered were not! Not one order was 100% available! What is the point of an online shop? I still had to go in to get what you could not deliver anyway! So I pay for deliver and then still have to drive to the shop to fetch the balance of the order you could not supply???
This was in March this year. I have emailed to complain. I received and email back that you apologize. I then replied to ask if that was the best you could do. I then received a phone call in May I think saying again that the lady apologizes and that it should be taken further and that she will call me back in half an hour. Luckily I wasn't holding my breath as it is October!! Not a word.
If it was my business I would have jumped to offer a free deliver on the next order at least! Give the customer some reason to use the service again. But nothing, just an apology, which I think in these circumstances is pretty pathetic. Customer care is definitely not a woolworths priority!
