Late delivery, broken item, no response

I sent this email to Woolworths on the 28th of Dec 2012, I have had no response.
I recently ordered a little Christmas tree for my parents online. I live in Jhb, my parents in CapeTown. The delivery was scheduled for the 21st. When it didn't arrive on the day I spoke to a lady at the call centre who promised to phone me back, to this day she never returned my call. On the 24th I phoned 3 times, Vuyo assisted me and told me that the driver promised to deliver before the end of the day. Nothing ever arrived. Today, a week later, the item arrived, broken. I contacted the call centre, Janine dealt with my complaint in a very friendly manner and advised me to return it to the shop for a refund. I must say, I am extremely disappointed in the service I received, the fact that I had to phone 4times to try and track the item and that it then arrives a week late, broken. I am very angry and feel disappointed in Woolworths.
