Three times repairs for Sansui TV

I purchased a 50" screen Sansui at HiFi corporation last year (2012) in July. This was with an extended warranty. I started experienceing problems with the sound and screen of the TV (Hellopeter 05/07/2013). HiFi corporation repaired the set after an ugly 'public' confrontation with Saloshnie in full view of customers and staff. This behaviour was never apologised for. I had problems again with the set on 20 August 2013 whereby the TV stopped functioning altogether. Again, the store refused to replace and chose to repair. Hardly a week after I received the TV from these repairs, the sound is distorting badly and this was 'repaired' the first time around. Again, I am told that I cannot get it replaced because it is "only" the third repair. Third repair in 2 months? How long must I battle with this arrangement before somebody realises the customer has a problem? I need this TV replaced and I will never set foot in that store ever again.
