3 months and STILL no delivery and poor feedback

After purchasing my first home I did a lot of research into places where I could get furniture for my new place. Furniture Warehouse caught my attention for numerous reasons and I eventually decided to get most of my furniture from them.

After compiling a list of all that I would need I went through to the warehouse, placed my order and paid for the order in full. I was told that the order would take 6 weeks for delivery as the items are made to order. This seemed more than fair enough and, quite frankly, it didn't really bother me when the order didn't come through after the time that was given.

Now, however, I have had about enough of Furniture Warehouse. I placed and paid for my order on the 13th of April. It is now almost 3 months later and STILL I am left waiting. Not only has my order not been finalised but I recieve NO UPDATES whatsoever as to the progress of my order. I have to constantly send emails requesting feedback and the status of the order. Each time the reply is that I have to wait.

I understand that the manufacturer may be back logged but the fact remains that 3 months is just too long and the communication leaves little to be desired. Truly disappointing.
