Dragging to replace the Bed Base

I bought a bed months ago. Within 1 year the bed base is broken. I reported to the branch months ago and did not get any assistance, though I had been told it was on warranty. I bought the bed for my grand mother it not comfortable for her right now as she is a sickly person. I am very disappointed as this is dragging for long now and I am still paying for the bed my account is debited every month. I am not happy at all with their service
