I bought a Flatscreen Tv from Ellerines in 2012. Frebruary 2013 my house was broken into and the TV was .. I reported the matter to the police sevice and wnet to ellerines with all the neccessary documentation from the police. Since then I move to Kroonstad. I went to the local branch for help since i could not get any help from the Ventersdorp Branch after numerous phone calls, and even the Kroonstad Branch could not get any satisfactory response from the Ventersdorp branch. It is now September (7 months later) and still i am waiting for the ventersdorp branch to respond to this matter.

PLEASE HELP!!
