Broken Bed - No replacement 3 Months

I bought a Base and Mattress. The Base broke, I reported it to Brits JD store. They said Bed Manufacturer (Slumberland) must approve a replacement. After some weeks they phoned me. I got SMS from JD with reference 92B0LN that the replacement was approved, I contacted store to order replacement as instructed in SMS. That was on 25 Feb 2013. I went back to store yesterday, Josias said he would sort this out. He has NOT!
Please help me get base replaced, I have been sleeping on the floor on mattress for months now!
