We bought the Cloud 9 bed set and from the word go, we experienced a problem with the base. The base broke within a month of delivery. When I contacted the service department Mrs Heil assisted me and asked Julia to take this matter further with Cloud 9. Within a couple of working days we received a new base. Unfortunately this one was faulty as well and Julia once again arranged for a new base. Julia did not only arrange for the delivery and replacement of the new base, but she also stayed in contact with me during the process and made regular contact in order to ensure that the base was replaced and also phoned afterward in order to know whether this was done and if we are satisfied. Thank you very much to Julia and Corne for always being friendly and assisting us with this and making life much easier for us. Not once was it necessary for us to phone and follow up, as we were kept in the loop all the way!!! Tafelberg Furnishers gets my thumbs up and it all thanks to Julia and Corne!!! It is staff like this that make it a please to deal with the company!! You made us feel like the most values customers!!
