I handed in phone purchased at centurion store for repairs at least 4 - 5 weeks ago. The lady at the counter was helpful bit could not check my account to see if it was insured. I am sure that I took out insurance with the handset however advised her to check before sending it away. She called back and asked if I had the receipt for the insurance details. I explained to her that I did not as the phone was purchased January 2012 as birthday gift. This same called happened twice a week for the next two weeks with the same result - "We will get back to you Mr. Ismail" Finally I went into the store and explained that I WANT MY SON"S PHONE BACK because they have done nothing in the time they had it. They assured me that I would get feedback if not the phone back by Monday 9 September 2013. To date I have not received any feedback from the manager whom I gave my contact details to personally. Can someone please assist me. I know that I did ask for insurance for the simple reason that all my other devices are insured because my kids use them. I am passed the stage of caring even about the insurance now I just want my son's phone back - I called the store and you can guess the outcome
