Complaint of a damaged slumberland bed base

On the 4th of May 2013, I bought a bed from Bradlows in Nelspruit. They gave me a broken base, but upon reaching home, I realised and took it up with them. They promised to replace the bedbase but up until now I am told stories about the internal processes that they have to follow. I have visited more than 7 times to their shop and all I hear are promises and nothing materialises. Its now 4 months and the bed base has not been replaced.
