Damaged Sofa

My Mom bought sofas at Ellerince Furnisher for an amount of R18 000 in 2010. After a few months they got broken. they manage to fix the panels. A few months late they got broken again, this time you need to put more cushion on for it to remain firm. We complained and they said they will come and fix, they never come. My mother is still paying for this Sofas, she recently got a statement that reads:
Payment Reived: R26 573
Remaining Balance: R7 273
Interest: R11 111
She was told later that the warranty has expired after she was sent from pillar to post. the complaint was registered with them and the complained Number is:172250
First purchase Date: 06/07/2013 till 13/10/2013
Clearly we are not happy.
