Ellerines Furnishers
Faulty Plasma TV

I bought a TV last year 2012 May from Ellerines Furnishers in eNgcobo. The brand of the TV is Tek, 42 inches. In November the same year, the TV stopped working. I went to the branch to report the matter, they told me to wait for them to get the same brand again then they will replace it for me. I've been waiting since last year November and i'm not getting any news nor feedback from Ellerines. Everytime when i went to the branch they are telling me the same story, that they are still waiting for the brand that i have bought for them to give me a new TV. I have asked them to give me another TV for the same amount, they don't want to do that.

I would like Ellerines to take the TV back and give me a new one OR refund me my money so that i can go and shop for another TV elsewhere.
