Empty Promises

After my previous report dated 22 Aug 2013 confirming that I've waited 10 months for delivery of two pedestals, delivery was received albeit inferior products as one of the drawers to one of pedestal is ineffective, the vouchers I was promised also never realised.

I have left numerous messages at your offices for you to contact me although I am yet to receive your call, seeing that this is the only form of communication you seem to repond to, may I rely on your courtesy to contact me so we may discuss this further Dante.
