Incompetence with a dash of deceit

Herewith a timeline of the trials and tribulations I've had to face in dealing with Rochester:
1 April: I ordered a bedroom set (bed, pedestals and drawer) from Marvin at the Rochester in Parkview, with a delivery period of 6 - 8 weeks.
30 May: Marvin informs me that the set is ready for delivery.
3 June: I settle the account.
4 June: Call Marvin, he'll check available dates and contact me on Thursday.
7 June: No call from Marvin so I call him. Delivery arranged for the next day.
8 June: I make sure I'm at home for delivery which never happens.
9 June: Go to speak with Marvin in person, he says the driver called but I never answered. I never received a call. Donovan from Rochester takes over.
10 June: The bed and pedestals are delivered. The drawer isn't ready yet, even though everything was supposedly ready to go on Saturday. Donovan guarantees it will be delivered this week.
17 June: I call Rochester. They guarantee it will be delivered this week.
22 June: I go see Donovan, he guarantees it will be delivered on 25 June and that he will personally call me and confirm on 24 June.
Up until now I have not heard from them again nor received delivery of the drawer.
