Still waiting for furniture after 6 months!

I am still waiting for the delivery of my furniture & it is more than 6 months since I paid for it.

After another month has passed since our last communication, I find myself yet again chasing up on this matter & without any proactive cooperation from Rochester's part. After getting ahold of Timothy last week he promised me delivery this week & that he would call me by Tuesday 17th December. Today is the 18th December! Is this behavious acceptable to Rochester? There is absolutely no sense of deadlines, timelines and customer service at this company!
