Delivery and Empty Promises

I ordered a bedroom suit from bradlows, and once it was delivered they brought two pedestals that where of the same side. the delivery people said that we must right the fault on the delivery paper that we had to sign that they where going to bring the correct pedestal the following day and they left both of the pedestals with us. this was on the 25/03/2013 till today we are still waiting for our pedestal when we called on saturday 06/04/2013 to find out about the delay we where told that they dont have any note of the incident and that they'll call us back but still no one called and its been 2 weeks now were still stuck with the wrong pedestals which we are expected to pay for month end.
