Poor service

I bought a kitchen unit and within a month after delivery the draws started falling. I went to the shop three times to complain about this and they kept promising to get it fixed but its been a month now since I went to complain for the third time. I want them to come take it back and cancel the account I can't continue paying for something that is falling up in just two months after purchase.
