Bad quality goods not replaced

I bought chest of drawers 5 months ago and they started falling apart 2 months after purchase. I immediately called the shop and I never received feedback after 6 times calling. I therefore drove to the shop with the drawers as I cannot use them with handles and drawers falling apart. The Regional manager was ver rude and refused to replace them even though I said I would pay the balance if the cost more. All I want is new drawers that are in good quality ad I paid for them in full. At this point I'm will to take legal action as I am not getting any help.
