BAD QUALITY, BAD SERVICE - COMES STANDARD @ LEWIS!

Heard of the saying: "We can't complain about the service because there is no service"? Well this was written after a customer went to LEWIS STORES!!!

I opened an account with Lewis Stores, bought approximately R40 000.00 worth of goods, I paid my account every month timely and after 3 months I decided to settle the whole account. However, amongst the goods I bought, 3 fans sadly only lasted a month, and all 3 broke within the same week. (I'll discuss the quality of Lewis Products a bit later...) What I then did, as anyone would, is to take them back. After 3, 5 weeks of waiting patiently in average temperature's of 45C, I still have not received replacements, and Lewis refuses to refund me. Whilst BURNING UP, no one from this branch, as promised, has taken the effort to even drop me a phone call on the progress of my query, or maybe to offer me a glass of water, since I'm not eligible - according to Lewis, I presume - to receive the replacement fans (maybe by mid-winter 2014, if I'm lucky!)

Lounge Suite Brand New - falling apart, Defy Microwave oven - no box nor operating manual, Washing Machine - off the floor no operating manual.

HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO BE SATISFIED??
