Stuck with damaged kitchen unit

On the 19th June I bought a bed and a kitchen unit from Lewis Stores at Garankuwa. Both came wrapped in plastics and I signed when they were delivered. unfortunately the Kitchen unit was damaged. I reported the matter as soon as possible to the salesperson and the manager and I was promised it will be sorted out. I went several time to the store speaking to the manager and as usual I was promised it will be sorted. The last time I went was on the 16th Aug 2013 and they promised to send the inspector. On the 17th the person came and advised that the unit needs to be changed as it was damaged. Until today I am still stuck with the damaged unit and I don't owe Lewis a single cent. Is this how they treat their customer? I am so disappointed. In fact, I no longer want the unit. I want my money back so that I can use it where I will be valued as a customer. As I write this letter, I am also preparing to lodge a complaint at the CGSO. I have spending too much money going to the store and I am not getting any refund for transport when I go there. I am very disappointed with Lewis Stores Garankuwa. To Lewis management, sort these mess out, otherwise u will customers more and more.
