Bad experience With Morkels

Morkels used to be one of the best quality furniture shop.

I bought a kitchen unity at Morkels store in ladysmith. Last year November I went back to the store to complain about the kitchen unity that i bought from them. I was told to come back in January to report this. They told me that they are very busy with December pic.

I spoke to one of the consultant over the phone in January and she told me that i should have reported in December. My guarantee ended in December I then told her what happened in November at the store and she said she will put a note in a system. every month when i call them about this, they keep telling me the same story "we will put it in a system.

I dont find it worth it to continue paying for something that is falling apart. I am based in Durban and the only chance I had to visit the branch was November when I was told to comeback in January.
