DSO Employees Damaged My Boots After I paid for it

I purchased a designer boots from DSO, from Liberty Mall in Pietermaritzburg in July. I noticed the material was fading after I wore it once. I took it back to the store by Halima, she said not a problem she will send it to head office in Durban and they will replace it. I went to the store several times, as I was not contacted by them and was not updated by them with what was happening. 3 weeks later my boots was finally sent back to the store. I picked it up and went home to look at it, and when I saw my boots, the gold heel was scratched on both boots in the same place. It looks like someone took something sharp and scratched it. I took it back to the store the next day. Halima promised me a refund on that following Monday the 2nd of September 2013. She even promised to return my call.. She did not. Only after I had texted her, she got one of the girls from the store to call me at 4:3pm in the afternoon, telling me to call head office and speak to Jithen. They tellme to call before 4pm as they close by 4pm... I said to her how can I call them when it is al;ready 4:30pm

They now tell me they cannot refund or exchange the boots... Their service is pathetic..
