Hi All

I bought motorcycle boots from the Bellville store in September last year. These boots are in daily use, and I noticed that the sole of one was starting to come loose.

I contacted TracMac, and explained that these are my only boots. They proceeded to refund my boots, and assisted me in selecting a more rugged boots for my daily commute. Even though their policy for the specific supplier is to send the boot to the supplier for appraisal.
