Useless service, disgusting, closing account

I paid my account in store in September 2013. For some reason the payment did not reflect on my account. The next time I went in to pay my account for the next month I queried my balance. The people in store are useless and I had to explain to the and spell out to Natasha exactly what happened and that it is a payment which is not reflecting. I gave Natasha all the proof of payments. She said Sheryl the accounts lady would get back to me, it never happened. I left various messages for her to phone me because she is never available. A month later I went in store again only to find Natasha threw away the documentation I gave her. I gave it to Sheryl this time and she said it would be fixed. It is now 3 months later and there is still a balance on my account due to the interest raised due to THEIR fckup! You are pathetic and I'm closing my account. You WILL clear my ITC this is your mistake! Please employ people who actually have a brain to do their jobs!!! Pathetic service. Seems like these days is s.a. you won't get basic service without threatening and causing a scene. Disgusting pathetic service.
