As per the other clients complaint, I also have paid my account on time, in fact even more than I should. But I get SMs, phone calls stating that If I do not pay the account it will be suspended, yet each time, I diligently email my proof of payment, and they phone again, with a simple answer that it takes a long time to allocate
EFT payments to our accounts, due to their finance dept being a bit slow. But they are so efficient in harassing me for when I will pay. Why must I have to endure embarrassing phone calls about where is my payment, but no consequence to the RCS finance staff for not allocating my payment, This is the thanks I get for supporting Game.

Well, I have now paid the outstanding amount on my account, and Game has seen the last of me

If game can't manage their supplier of their Credit RCS. then they don't deserve me, their once long standing client of 15 years.
