Never open an account with Game - terrible!!!

We opened an account to buy a dishwasher at Game Menlyn! Paid almost dubble back each month than that was requiered - without missing a payment! Made Game a beneficiary on my Nedbank profile, pre-loaded therefore payments went through without any problems. Then in Oct we bought 2 watches (not very expencive) on the account AND all broke loose!! They phoned saying we are in arrears, they were rude, my wife needed to repeat like a child what she must do WHILE we continue to pay each month more that was needed AND I used the same pre-loaded info on my profile which Game recieved and acknowledged in the first few months!! Went to Game Menlyn, proof of payment faxed to Cape Town office, also faxed last 2 payments, we phoned, were angry, friendly, tried everything - BUT the calls continue AND we did not recieved an account since they got crazy!!

Now we need something, would be nice to buy via the account BUT never again at Game or any Massmart store, This harassment and degrading behaviour to a client who paid more than half that was requierd is unexceptable. THANKS MASSMART AND GAME BUT NEVER AGAIN!!! Your people are rude and unproffessional and your systems!!!
