I've had my Game RSC account for a year. Every month I pay it EFT. Every month I get labeled as a late payer because they don't pick up the reference number. Every month this ends up in numerous calls from RSC demanding payment that has been made, and me sending a proof of payment (which my bank bills me for.) It turns out the reference number they had given me to use was incorrect which is why payments never got picked up. Nobody picked up on this or notified me. I've had RSC phone calls at 8PM, 3 or 4 times a working day. My last proof of payment I sent to lylej@rscgroup.coza. It took him 2 weeks to read it, during which time my Game card was declined due to non payment, which was embarrassing and incorrect. I've sent emails to head office, spoken to agents, gone into store and sat on hold to the call center numerous times, no solutions. As a loyal paying customer (every month and always more than installment), I get treated like a non paying and hounded daily for money I've paid and they've misplaced due to an error on their part. The last lady who phoned me, at 8PM (I'm pregnant and asleep by that time), told me "I can call until 9PM." It's ridiculous.
