Bad Store / Bad customer service / Bad idea!!

I am a loyal Game customer and have been for years.
I have an account with Game and have been paying my account for years.
I am sooo sick and tired of RCS Game phoning me on a weekly / sometimes daily basis asking me for payment.
And to top it off, i make an arrangement with one staff member, and a day or two later, another staff member phones me to ask me to make arrangements for payment.
I then receive a call from "Carl" a few days later, who informs me that i have still not made arrangements for payment!! He then further has the audacity to insinuate that I am lying about the conversation I had with the first staff member (pity I cannot remember the name of this person.)
I generally always over pay on my account, and to then harass me with constant phone calls to "arrange payment" is unacceptable!
If i can give ANYONE a piece of advise, it is to NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH GAME STORES!!
Unless you want to be harassed and bugged by these people non-stop for payment!
A colleague of mine even closed her Game account due to exorbitant interest rates!!
