We have a game store account, which is paid monthly via EFT. we always attach our account number to the payment as reference,
on more than one occasion, we have received sms from game stores advising that our account has not been paid. when we contact them, we generally need to send through proof of payment on average, around 3 times before it is acknowledged.
The last time, after we had sent the proof of payment through around 4 times, we finally called & requested that we speak to a supervisor. I was put through to Dalene, who gave me her e-mail address where we needed to send the proof of payment to.
4 days later, we have heard nothing from Dalene, so we send an e-mail asking what follow up has been done & has she received the proof of payment, only to get an out of office with another contact.
we then e-mail this individual who informs us that the payment is still not reflecting can we please send it through again.
It seems to me that vote for the wrong party & generally end up working in game store accounts department.
needless to say, as soon as I can, I will be closing this account & making my purchases elsewhere
