VERY UNHAPPY PAYMENT MADE NO RESPONSE

I am very unhappy with RCS/Game. I have had my Game Account for many years and have been paying my account via internet transfer for a very long time now. I made my payment as per usual at the end of the month. I received a call asking if payment had been made... I confirmed that it had. I was informed that the payment was not allocated and was "hanging" I emailed proof of payment to the email address given. I have since received threatening letters from RCS etc saying that my credit had been decreased etc etc.

I am NOT happy with the way this is being handled. Why should I receive letters etc and be penalized if the mistake is not mine. I have called three times already to confirm if my email had been received and if this matter is resolved and I just don't get a satisfactory answer. I was told by Nomzamo and Miranda that the lady dealing with the emails will get back to me, but as yet NOTHING!! Nomzamo said that the moment the payment email had been received the payment will be allocated to my account and all the 'penalty' charges would be reversed and the credit limit re-instated. I want to know what is being done about this matter!!
