Mr Price
Pathetic service!

I have placed an online order with Mr Price, I order from them at least once a month so I'm a loyal customer. Normally my goods arrive within three days and I receive great service from them. However this time, I chose to pay via an EFT transfer and get them to deliver to my door as it is more convenient for me. 5 days later and still no delivery. The delivery company has not called me to arrange a suitable drop off time and when I call the customer care centre the line is extremely bad!! I'm very disappointed in this company as they usually deliver my stuff in record time. Not impressed at all and will not be purchasing online again any time soon.
