Order submitted online for goods to be delivered between 10am and 1pm on 21 Feb, but by 5.30pm still no delivery. Customer Care centre said that if the goods did not arrive in next half hour, before a meeting due to take place, they would deliver soonest in morning. The morning has gone. A phone call to customer care at 12.30pm once again confirmed that goods on the way and would arrive at 1.30pm but it is almost an hour later. The service is clearly unreliable and does not cope with orders.
