Shocking service for loyal customers

My mother has had a Homechoice account for ages. We've always paid this account. To date we've spent R18185.75. On the last order. We were paying off. However, we took a Consolidated loan through the Bank; they obtained the amount reflected on the Credit Bureaut. I registered on the Homechoice website and got a settlement figure of 7224.52 valid until 2013/08/31. However, an amount of R9594.93 was paid; making a difference of R2721.79. She called the Accounts and they informed her that theress no supervisor working on a Saturday, she called again on Wednesday (21 August) when she requested to speak to a supervisor, Carmen rudely hung up on her. They kept saying that you need to call the accounts for a settlement figure, as there's only a refund of R895 due. Nowhere on the website does it state, please call for a settlement figure or that the settlement figure is just an estimate? I have since gone back onto the website and it clearly shows we are in credit of R2721.79. After being such a loyal paying customer and spending rather large amounts with Homechoice, I'm afraid to say, I will NEVER buy through Homechoice again. I would like to be refunded! The full amount as reflected!
