Why do we buy a camera? To capture and record memories, what do you do 3 days before new years and you are looking for a descend one? You shop with someone who can guarantee best delivery time. I placed my order with SACamera on the 29 December with the promise of 1-2 days delivery to my door, it is now the 2 Jan 2014 and I am still waiting. After finally reaching my boiling point I decided to contact them regarding the status of my order, they did not seem to know what was going on with my order but they provided a tracking number; but when I tried to track it online no record of this was found. They now blame FEDEX for the late delivery but it looks more like they forgot to dispatch my order. This service is very unprofessional and I am disappointed in SACamera, although they have the best prices they also have to worst customer support I would rather pay extra for reliability and not miss my chance to capture some priceless moments :-(. order #118906
