Not getting my full order?

I placed an order with Mr Price online on 24/11/13. I requested that they deliver door -to-door and I received my package on 27/11/13. However some of the items I have ordered was not in my package even though they still deducted the amount from my account. This was a fairly large order and I expect to get every item I pay for. Otherwise it's like money from me. I'm sure Mr Price wouldn't want me to walk into their store and take something without paying for it. I have emailed Mr Price customer service regarding my problem as well and received no feedback whatsoever. This wouldn't be the first time they have up my orders as well as some of my family members'. I would like to have this matter ressolved please.
