I ordered a samsung washing machine and paid the full amount. The sales rep told me that delivery will be made within 2 business days and stock is available at the warehouse. Two business days pass and no delivery or communication was made with regards to the delivery, I called in and was promised a response regarding my delivery.

Two additional business days have passed with No comunication from the branch, I called in again to ask for the status and I was told that No stock is available. Now I have to waste my time and petrol costs to get obtain a refund.

Recommendation: Serious training on customer treatment is required from basic this such as answering the phone, proper communication and proactiveness is required.
