Bad service delivery

I placed an order on the woolworths on line shopping. i orderded 10 items. I received the order after 18h00 and only 4 items. The meat was so warm that it feel like the driver had the meat for the whole day in his car. The full amount of the order was deducted from my credit card although they indicated on the mail that this is only done after the order has been dispatched. I definetlty don't recommend this on line service.
