I have purchased an LG washing machine on the weekend of the 11 May 2013. I was made aware that there was no stock at the time, and stock will only be received on the 16th May 2013, with delivery only happening on the 20th May 2013.
I did not receive a call regarding delivery on 20 May, today (21 May) I called to query the delivery. The person I spoke to was unable to help. He mentioned that there is no stock at Dion Wired and there is no stock at the warehouse. He was also unable to get a hold of Collin to provide more info to me.
I am not impressed with the level of service, I understand that there maybe delays but I would appreciate having this communication provided to me.
This type of service seems as though you are apathetic to your consumer needs. Why is there still no stock at Dion Wired AND the warehouse? If there's an issue with availability why give me the impression that I WILL get the item on a date?
This will be my last purchase from Dion Wired as the service received shows your lack of interest to after sales service. I know this will probably not be resolved smoothly nor will I receive compensation for the delay, but I feel consumers must now what is to be expected.
