TV not delivered

I took up a promotion entailing a 3D 40" Samsung TV, 2gb data per month and router. I signed the contract on the 11th of June. I was told after signing the TV will be delivered in 5 to 10 business days. After 10 business days I followed up and was told stock had run out. I was promised soon they would be restocked and delivery would be made. Two weeks ago (26 June) I had still not received my TV and was told (After following up myself, not being notified of the glitch) my TV license payment was due. I made the payment the same day and was told 3 to 5 business days. Friday was the 6th business day and after following up once again, I found out Ashleigh had sent through the paperwork, but never followed up. There was a glitch and I had to wait a few days more. Eventually delivery was made on the 15th of July, but a 32' inch TV without 3D capabilities was delivered (Not what I signed for). I've paid my first installment but have not received my merchandise yet. How many people will settle for as much? Pathetic...
