I ordered my online shopping for the month - and the last few times there were a few hiccups. This time, my order was perfect, arrived on time, and they they even gave me a free delivery. I don't know if this is an incentive for every few times you order, or if it was as a result of my complaints before, but either way - thank you so very much. It is a huge help.

The delivery driver was courteous and kind, and helped me go through the packets item by item, to check; and advised me to return the only item that was a replacement that was not quite to my families liking - we received hot instead of mild chutney. The other substitutions were perfect.

I am so impressed that you kept me informed when I did have a few issues, and that you are indeed committed to customer satisfaction - this time you went above and beyond. Thank you.
