Faulty Genesis Hydrovac - LOST

I bought a Genesis Hydrovac from Builders Warehouse Northriding in January. The vacuum's motor stopped working in July. Took it back to Builders for repair/replacement, was advised that it needed to go in for repairs under manufacturers warranty. Fine, that's no problem.

HERE IS THE PROBLEM! it is now over a month later and on our third query as to whats happening (have to physically go into builders), we were advised today that Verimark have LOST OUR VACUUM cleaner. Really Verimark? Really? Apparently ours and another customers were picked up by a Verimark representative and neither arrived where they were supposed to go. SO NOW WHAT?
Builders have been extremely helpful in trying to sort the issue out, but i will not be placated until i get my FIXED vacuum or a replacement back. My house is filthy :(, the wife is missing her best friend and the kids are coughing up hairballs.
