I ordered a item from Makro, Woodmead on 2014-01-03. Site informed me that delivery will be handled by want it all, and estimated delivery will take place on 2014/01/07 or 08. On 2014/01/08 at 09:50 I phoned want it all and they informed me that BEX handles deliveries, lady gave me the number. I phoned 8 times during the day speaking to a lady asking her plz I need to have this item today, because I won't be available until Monday the 13th due to work responsibilities. She assured met that delivery will be in time. At 16:25 I phoned local office of BEX, spoken to Belinda. She said that the item was sent from Sandton, witch I didn't order it from. I did check Makro site before order for stock. That it will only be received here at night time. I explained that I wont be at home, I got a Rottweitler and they wont be able to enter my premises. I was willing to fetch it at night when arriving here. Belinda said she first need to phone BEX head office, but will return my call. At 17:30 (an hour later!!) I phoned again because she didn't phone me. guess what. Sorry Belinda went home. I think this is very bad publicity for Makro and BEX, online suppose to be faster and bette
