False Advertising

I ordered the Barbie Small Dolls Asst 5 - 3 sets and only received 3 small dolls. Did phone Kalahari to complain. Promised me they were going to phone me back. I had to phone them back the following day to follow up on my complaint. They later phoned me back saying they are still investigating and they will come back to me. That does not solve my problem I was expecting 15 small barbie dolls now I only have 3, they still owe me 12 small dolls. What must I do with 3 small dolls at my daughters birthday party??? If it was incorrectly advertised it is not my problem. All the other items spesify 1 item except this one I have ordered!!!
