Helpful and Friendly

I went into the shop today to purchase dolls for a charity that we are busy with. I was looking for 51 dolls and the only stock they had was 13. Gloria went out of her way to phone 4 different stores to see if they had stock, which they unfortunately did not, but none the less her helpfulness and friendliness is much appreciated.

Gloria thank you for going the extra mile. I most certainly will be back in the store because if all of the staff in this shop are as helpful as you were, man it can only make a big difference to one's shopping experience. Well Done
