I went to Markham in Somerset Mall over the weekend looking for a few items. I found some of the items on my own due to the fact that only 2 people were on the floor.
I wanted to buy some shoes as well, no one was at the shoe section so I waited, eventually someone came out of the back room with a breakfast bowl in her hand still eating and apologised because she hadn't had any breakfast yet. I said its fine... we all need to eat. Sad to say that out of the 7 pairs of shoes I liked, they did not have one pair in my size (9). I went out and saw the pair I liked in the window.
I asked if I could buy that pair, upon this request the lady/manager said no one touches her dolls, she gets people from outside to dress them and we can just take items from the dolls.

At the end of the day I got the item from a young guy that was very eager to help, but how many people will never go back because they are not welcome there.

I understand that casual staff works over weekends but this matter was handled by a permanent staff membe
