Pathetic, stinking, non-existent service

So I apply for their store account online on the 21st August 2013, after their 24hrs SLA there's still nothing. No call, no email, nothing. Unfortunately for me I didn't right down the online application reference number, so the call center wasn't able to assist me when enquirying.

Then I decide to go and do an in-store application (thinking it would be more convenient and fast when dealing with a person face to face), boy was I wrong. It's again been over 24hrs and again Nomvula from Edgars City Johannesburg hasn't informed me about the status of my application, this is regardless of me constantly follwing up for same. She is now even ignoring/avoiding my calls.

Applying for a home loan would have been much quicker. Can someone just tell me if Edgars wants my business or not so that I can move on with my life. Disgusted at their service levels, very poor.
