Dial-a-bed
Total disregard of the CPA and the consumer rights

A Simmons bed was bought from Dial a Bed Key West for delivery in Bloemfontein. After waiting for 3 months the bed was delivered damaged in Bloemfontein. After assurances from the salesperson that the bed would be replaced nothing was done until the regional manager was contacted, a Mrs Govender Who again promised the bed would be replaced. I have now received a call from dial a bed informing me that I had to fetch the bed in Germiston despite receiving assurances that a new bed would be delivered (in Bloemfontein) and the damaged would be taken back

The above is a blatant disregard of the CPA
