NO WINNING WITH DIAL A BED

We complained to dial a bed 2012 about a sagging sealy bed. the bed was replaced in October 2012... but was damaged. we complained immediately and were told to keep that one until the replacement arrives. We were than told that the manufacturers close in December and therefore had to wait until January 2013 for the bed. NO one calls us to keep us updated... but we got to call and ask for updates. We have now been told the replacement bed is damaged too and they will get back to us... WE STILL WAIT WITH NO COMMUNICATION. this is ridiculous... it's going on 5 to 6 months now and i still don't have a proper bed...
who is the big boss of SEALY... maybe than we will get a reply... next step... consumer complaints commision.
