Very upset

Im very upset abouth the service I got on Saturday. I was in ther store I asked I male gentkeman who had glassed about howI could redeem my birthday voucher I had gotten an sms from pick n pay. What he did was point at the machine then told me to go to the machine. Not even asking me if I knew how to work the machine or if it was my first time so rude I tell you the service level is pathetic and from a supervior, i felt like I was a burden. I then got to the machine swiped my card the the voucher was ALLEGEDLY printing when it was done I got an error that there was no paper. So I did not get my smartshopper voucher. Thanx alot for nothing rude man.
